Creativity as the Engine of Transformation
Creativity is the source of all innovation – when perspectives, visions and stories come together, a vision of the future emerges that truly moves people.
Creativity in the digital age: When classical change management is not enough - alternative methods for change processes and the development of future scenarios.
The art of making the future visible.
Le Studio is the creative thinking space for all who wish to open up new perspectives and shape visions of the future. Here, transformation designers, creatives, strategists and decision-makers come together to turn ideas into clear visions, visions into shared missions, and missions into tangible future scenarios.
For centuries, writers, painters and musicians have shown us how new perspectives are born. We harness this creative power to develop guiding principles and design storyworlds that provide orientation and direction for transformation. Because successful transformation requires more than just a strategy – it requires a shared imagination of the future.
Let the cursor wander. Open your mind to new perspectives.
Three Impulses for Shaping the Future
Opening new perspectives. Creating orientation. Making the future tangible.
Shift of Perspective
Breaking mental modelsLooking at the familiar in a new way. A shifted gaze reveals what was previously hidden. Art opens up what we cannot yet see. It broadens our horizons – not by providing answers, but by enabling new questions.
Guiding Principle
Providing orientationTransformation requires clarity regarding the direction of change. A guiding principle serves as the shared frame of reference for the future we want to build. Visions give orientation, values give direction, ideas spark identity.
Storyworlds
Making the future tangibleThe future begins with experience. Storyworlds turn abstract visions of the future into tangible experiences. They translate ideas into interactive stories and digital journeys that build orientation, evoke emotions, and enable lasting learning.
Perspectives: Opening the Gaze to the New
Art shifts perspective. Creative writing, music, visual arts and other creative formats unlock the ability to recognise possibilities that were previously invisible.
Creative Leadership Training
THE RHYTHM OF CREATIVITY“Writing gives ideas a voice.
Design gives them a form.
Music gives them a soul.”
Meaning emerges through the play of language
Creative writing does not begin with talent.
And certainly not with achievement.
It begins with a pen.
Your favourite pen, perhaps.
The one that glides effortlessly across the paper.
The one you do not have to explain.
Then an image. A sentence. A fragment.
An unexpected prompt.
And simply writing.
Do not think. Do not correct.
Do not pause.
Keep writing, even if the sentence suddenly turns strange. Especially then.
For often, something truly original emerges the exact moment the mind briefly loses control...
...and the hand becomes quicker than the thought.
On a screen, language wants to function.
On paper, it is allowed to wander.
That is the difference.
Le Studio does not view writing as the production of finished texts, but as a form of thinking in motion.
As a search for traces.
As a way to discover thoughts.
Sometimes it is astonishing what suddenly "flows into the hand".
Perception emerges in the focus of our attention.
The future emerges in the rhythm of new ideas.
A rhythmic experience in amber.
Some ideas must be felt
before they can be thought.
Mission: Designing the Future Together
Transformation requires orientation. Shared missions and purpose give direction to change, build identity, and unite people behind a common vision.
The gap activates the imagination.
A mission statement begins with a question – not an answer.
Every choice reflects a core belief. Complete the sentences to discover the vision of the future that emerges.
Dear colleague from the 2020s,
Back then, we were promised that algorithms and flawless automation would solve every problem. We built perfect technological systems. Yet, around the year 2030, we realised: a purely technological transformation was an illusion. The systems ran flawlessly, but our organizations lost their soul.
What saved us was a radical return to the foundation you formulated back then, without knowing how vital it would become: an organization in which ..., as well as the absolute necessity ....
We had to relearn leadership from scratch. We had to learn to stop merely functioning and instead start .... Only when we began training these human, psychological, and ethical capabilities with the exact same precision as our software, did true future-readiness emerge.
The 2035 culture map shows it clearly: today, success is no longer measured in lines of code, but in the vitality of our culture.
Greetings from the future,
Your post-digital network
A mission statement does not live on paper. What does the gap look like in your organization?
Storyworlds: Making the Future Tangible
Ideas have the greatest impact when they can be experienced. Vision is transformed into stories, media, and immersive formats that make complex dynamics easy to understand and engage people on an emotional level.
